Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives across GCS, International Sales, Entertainment Sales, Partnerships, AdTech, and allied functions.
Translate Sales leadership priorities and business objectives into structured frameworks, project charters, execution plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Serve as strategic execution partner to Sales Heads, prioritizing initiatives, driving structured, time-bound, outcome-driven execution across teams.
Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Partnerships, AdTech, PRS, Tech, Analytics, Finance, Operations) and manage dependencies for seamless project execution.
Track progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and define mitigation strategies.
Implement governance through weekly/monthly reviews, escalations, and leadership-ready updates.
Establish accountability by defining ownership, deliverables, and timelines upfront.
Build and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
