Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the professional services and consultancy industry.
  • Identify and target potential SME clients to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with organisational goals.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director SME Sales should have:

  • Proven expertise in sales and business development for the SME industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
