Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director, based in Chennai. The Associate Director will oversee and manage key operations, lead strategic initiatives, and foster collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include driving business growth, managing budgets, developing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of quality services. Leadership, strategic planning, and team management are critical components of this role.
