Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Associate Director of Sales to lead and expand our sales operations in the interior design and fit-out industry. This role requires a deep understanding of B2C sales in interiors, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of scaling revenue through structured sales processes and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets across residential, commercial, or turnkey interior projects.
- Lead and manage a team of sales managers, business development executives, and design consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments to expand the company's footprint.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market insights to senior leadership.
- Establish performance metrics and incentive plans to drive team productivity.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Ensure CRM compliance, process adherence, and continuous improvement in the sales approach.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 812 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the interior design, modular furniture, or real estate industry.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive strategic sales planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate large sales teams across multiple locations.
- Well-versed in pricing strategy, client presentations, and competitive market analysis.
