Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director of Sales Corporate, located in Gurgaon. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships to drive corporate sales growth. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales efforts and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and overseeing a team to achieve sales targets while adhering to company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Corporate Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Management
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Experience with sales analytics, report preparation, and goal-oriented performance
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry; experience in luxury hotels and resorts is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
