Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Associate Director, Weddings (Client Experience & Sales), based in Bengaluru.
We're looking for someone who can own the entire client journey, from the first conversation to on-ground execution.This role sits at the intersection of sales, storytelling and creative direction. You will work closely with the founder to convert the right clients, shape their vision, and ensure every wedding feels thoughtful, elevated, and true to the 1Plus1 aesthetic.
What You'll Do
- Lead all client conversations, follow-ups, and closures with warmth and clarity
- Understand each couple deeply and translate that into a clear creative direction
- Be the creative anchor on shoots, ensuring the vision is executed seamlessly
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency in storytelling and output
- Build and nurture relationships with planners and industry partners
- Stay on top of leads, pipelines, and conversions

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to align client visions with the studio's artistic approach
- Expertise in Branding and Art Direction to establish cohesive visual narratives that reflect client preferences
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Proven experience in wedding or event-related creative industries is a plus
- A passion for storytelling and detail-oriented approaches in visual projects
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a relevant field is a bonus.
