About Role: This position will play a vital role in the India APAC product team, Managing a team of high performing product managers & leading strategic initiatives. This includes crafting the product strategy for the India APAC market, overseeing product launches, and upgrading existing courses to align with market trends. The Product Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive market share growth, and ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, research, and launch products with a strong go-to-market strategy.
• Product Strategy: Define both long term product strategy and quarterly plan to achieve the product vision and create impact.
• Business Strategy: Own long term vision for product portfolio and business strategy to achieve business goals and identify new product opportunities. Work closely with Business leaders to drive the yearly plan forward.
• PnL understanding and Analytical mindset: A key aspect of any product evaluation is the PnL view of the product. Leader should be well versed with analytics and have a number driven approach. This is a MUST have skill to be successful in this role and this organisation at large.
• Product Launches: Set processes and systems to scale the team and improve efficiency. Key role of a product leader is to conceptualise, research, and launch a product with right GTM.
• Project Management: Key skill required for the role is effective project management. To launch any product, its needs collaboration across various cross functional stakeholders.
• Research: Ability to scan the market, and guide through in-depth research and present it in a structured manner to take a decision on product creation.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and guide product development decisions.
• Exhibit an owner mindset and embrace challenges in a dynamic business environment.
• Represent the product perspective in key meetings with universities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer-first and business-first thinking.
• Curiosity about metrics, trends, and customer needs.
• Problem-solving and detail orientation.
• 8+ years of business and product management experience.
• Note: This is a business product leader role and Not a tech product role.
