Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Lead to join Embark. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, solution positioning, and supporting the sales cycle with technical and domain expertise. The Pre-Sales Lead will collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure that client needs are understood and addressed with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement
  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, requirement analysis, and solution workshops with prospective clients.
  • Solution Design & Demonstration
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with Embark's offerings.
  • Proposal & Documentation
  • Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Act as a bridge between sales and delivery teams, ensuring smooth handover of projects.
  • Mentor junior pre-sales consultants and contribute to building pre-sales best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7 10 years years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple priorities.
