Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

● Own end-to-end payroll operations for off-roll employees of around 25000 to

30000 employees across multiple locations.

● Ensure 100% accuracy and timely processing of salaries, incentives,

reimbursements, and full & final settlements.

● Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT,

TDS, and other labor laws.

● Act as the primary point of contact for payroll audits, working closely with

Finance, HRBPs, and external auditors.

● Drive automation and continuous improvements in payroll processes in

collaboration with HRMS and Tech teams.

● Handle payroll-related queries, grievance resolution, and ensure a seamless

employee experience.

● Track, analyze, and publish payroll reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for

leadership review.

● Implement and standardize payroll policies and SOPs across locations to ensure

governance and consistency.

● Stay updated with legislative changes and proactively align payroll processes

accordingly.

Are you who we're searching for:

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 7–10 years in payroll management, preferably in mid to large-scale

organizations

Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP, Darwinbox, GreytHR, or similar

platforms

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas) and payroll analytics

Hands-on experience in statutory compliance and labor law regulations

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience managing multi-state payroll operations is a plus
