About the Role
As Associate Director Growth, you will lead revenue growth across key enterprise accounts while
driving new client acquisition. You'll combine strategic sales planning, team leadership, and deep
account ownership to unlock high-value opportunities and expand Freight Tiger's footprint in India's logistics ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications
1014 years of enterprise B2B experience in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain tech.
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing large strategic accounts.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
