At Exxat, we are building scalable SaaS platforms that power healthcare education across the United States. We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and customer-obsessed Associate Director of Product Management to lead key product areas and drive platform-level innovation.

In this role, you will own a portfolio of products or major product areas, shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring strong execution across teams. You will lead and mentor Product Managers, drive cross-product alignment, and partner closely with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and executive leadership to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will operate at both strategic and execution levels identifying long-term platform opportunities while ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong engagement with customers and stakeholders globally, including US-basedpartners, to ensure the product roadmap reflects real-world needs and drives adoption.

Key Qualities You Bring

• Extensive experience in B2B product management, owning complex products or product areas end-to-end.
• Strong ability to define product strategy, conceptualize scalable solutions, and drive adoption in a product-led environment.
• Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers, helping elevate discovery, prioritization, and execution practices.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, design, customer success, sales, and leadership.
• Deep customer empathy, with comfort engaging enterprise stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage complexity across multiple product streams.
• Commitment to high standards of UX, usability, and product excellence.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in Product Management within strong product organizations.
• Proven experience owning multiple products or leading large product areas at scale.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers and driving strong product practices.
• Exposure to Healthcare, Education Technology, or workflow-driven platforms is a plus.
