Role Overview

The Associate Director Product will lead high-impact product initiatives across consumer app, restaurant platform, payments integrations, loyalty programs, and growth funnels.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capability who can operate at scale, align cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business impact.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, Business, and Leadership to shape the next phase of EazyDiner's product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Own product KPIs and deliver measurable impact

2. Consumer Experience & Growth

  • Optimize user journeys across app & web
  • Improve booking conversion, payment success rates, and repeat behavior
  • Drive experimentation culture (A/B testing, funnel optimization)

3. Platform & Partnerships

  • Lead product integrations with banks, payment partners, and loyalty ecosystems
  • Build scalable merchant tools for restaurant partners
  • Ensure smooth coordination between tech, operations, and business stakeholders

4. Leadership & Team Building

  • Mentor Product Managers and build strong product culture
  • Establish strong PRDs, sprint planning, and execution frameworks
  • Drive clarity, speed, and accountability across teams

5. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Define north star metrics and growth dashboards
  • Translate business problems into structured product solutions
  • Drive analytics-first product decisions

What We're Looking For

  • 710 years of experience in Product Management
  • Prior experience in consumer tech, marketplace, fintech, or high-growth startup
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first product ecosystems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to ship and scale products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in loyalty, payments, or consumer subscription models
  • Experience working in growth-stage startups
