Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate/analyze and identify training needs to meet the program objectives.
• Drive delivery of all the ongoing, new-hire and on the floor trainings.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly reports of trainings and the floor projects.
• Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and the required course material.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of the training programs
• Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
• Partner with the stake holders to develop and deliver high quality trainings.
• Maintain good administration and support in the day to day tasks.
Key Deliverables:
• Responsible for governing new hire training in capital markets domain
• Responsible in supporting the training team by providing training facilitation support and/or administrative assistance to any assigned training class.
• Work with the new hires during nesting to help them successfully meet operational targets and transition to becoming full-time production agents.
• Continuously work on improving facilitation skills and training methodology based on feedback and results from stakeholders.
• Digital training artefact design, ownership and maintenance to meet market standards
• Impart domain training and develop content, contribute to the training development and delivery activities and partner with the stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate - any stream (Minimum) + MBA (Preferred)
• Strong communication, listening, presentation and facilitation skills
• 1 yr. experience in instructor-led training delivery and governance in Finance industry
• Experience in content design
• Close attention to detail and ability to deliver output of a very high standard
• Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office Apps like Word, PPT and Outlook
• Keen interest in conducting training, presenting and constantly thriving to work on development of others
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure ensuring the timelines are achieved.
• Familiarity with e-learning and LMS will be an advantage.
