Associate Director of Finance

We are hiring an Associate Director – Business Finance & FP&A for a leading organization in Bangalore. We are looking for CA-qualified professionals with 10–16 years of experience, strictly from startup FMCG, retail, or eCommerce backgrounds.

CTC upto 60 LPA

The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across business units, building financial models, and driving the month-end close (MEC) process. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, providing insights on business performance, pricing, and investments.

The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive reporting improvements, automation, and FP&A best practices.
