About The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director of Finance in Pune. The Assistant Director of Finance will oversee financial planning, prepare financial statements, and manage financial reporting. This role involves analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and ensuring the company's financial health. The candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting and compliance with financial regulations.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Experience with financial software and tools is a plus

Compensation

Salary range starting at 8,00,000 - 11,00,000 per year DOE.

Compensation is based on experience, performance, and leadership impact. Pay raises and bonuses are available based on key metrics and results.

Full-time Position

This position is full-time. Work will be performed almost always in the office but some work from home allowedas/when required. Hot Fuego employees must have sufficient internet bandwidth at home capable of conducting frequent video meetings (i.e., Microsoft Teams Meetings, or similar) to be permitted to work from home. Otherwise, work will be required from the office only.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Financial planning and analysis: Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.

2. Financial reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements.

3. Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost optimization.

4. Financial control: Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures.

5. Team support: Assist the finance team with financial analysis, data entry, and other tasks.

*Requirements:*

1. Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, or CPA).

2. Relevant experience in finance or accounting.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in financial software and systems.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
