Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Life and General Insurance solutions.
• Own project delivery, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage delivery teams.
• Manage project financials, resource planning, and delivery commitments.
• Conduct executive steering committee reviews and customer governance meetings.
• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery.
• Minimum 7 years managing large insurance implementation programs.
• Strong experience in project governance, customer management, and delivery leadership.
