Position Title: Associate Director -BAU

Domain: Life & General Insurance

Experience: 25+ years

Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BAU delivery and support operations.
• Manage customer relationships, SLA compliance, incident management, and service governance.
• Drive production support, defect management, change requests, and release planning.
• Monitor service performance, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Lead support teams across functional and technical streams.
• Conduct governance reviews with customers and internal leadership.
• Ensure compliance with support processes, quality standards, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.

Experience

• 25+ years of experience in insurance technology delivery.
• Minimum 10 years managing application support or managed services engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and operational governance experience.
