About the Role
You will co-lead the Inventory Planning team for the Non-large Businesses of FK. You will be responsible for Replenishment Charter, Brand and Ekart Engagement Charters within the central Inventory Planning team of Flipkart.
You will be responsible for:
As Lead for the Replenishment Charter
- Own the speed-related inventory metrics (RU/ CF) for the Non-large businesses
- Manage Inter-warehouse replenishment (IWIT) to ensure right placement of inventory closer to customer locations. Maximize sales from closest locations with optimal inventory levels
- Manage distribution and replenishment of seller inventories
- Engage with Product teams to build new Products for enhanced IWIT capabilities and to review existingIWIT logics and improve Product performance.
- Engage with Ekart to align IWIT capacities, to orchestrate truck movements and to solve cost
As Lead of the Brand engagement Charter
- Be the single point of contact from a supply chain perspective for brands and vice versa
- As part of this engagement with brands, liaise with them for better instocks. Own zonal instock metrics for brands
- Resolve supply chain related issues for brands
- Support Ekart to resolve packaging, logistics or other issues with brands
- Drive brand led FK initiatives such as Sourcing Hub, VMI etc.
- Own Sourcing Hub revenue generation. Onboard vendors through engagement with Categories and brands
- Ensure process streamlining for Sourcing Hub - liaise with Ekart for capacities, orchestrate flows
- Own Inwarding operations - unlock any inwarding challenges in FCs - by liaising with categories, Ekart
- Own reverse operations engagement - Capacity orchestration and processing of reverse orders to brands - liaise with Categories/ brands / ekart for unlocks
- Establish processes, policies and metrics for mentioned responsibilities
- Building right metrics, dashboards and visibility for actionability
