- Lead and execute risk-based internal audit reviews across multiple business functions, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal audit service providers to ensure timely and effective audit execution, fostering strong partnerships.
- Implement and manage the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across various business units, enhancing the organization's risk posture.
- Drive key risk-related projects, including technology audits and process improvement initiatives, to enhance operational efficiency and control.
- Interact with senior stakeholders, providing insightful recommendations to strengthen risk and control mechanisms across the enterprise.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional with:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) certification (Mandatory); CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or an MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 Institute is preferred.
- 1018 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and internal controls.
- A Big 4 consulting background with a strong track record in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain (focus on domestic clients).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor (IC) capacity.
- Proficiency in managing audit cycles, leading risk assessment projects, and conducting end-to-end process reviews.
