Profile Brief
As the AI Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge AI & Generative AI solutions for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in data science, AI/ML & Gen AI, combined with your organizational skills - you will lead the design and delivery of innovative AI solutions to meet our clients unique needs. This role requires a strong blend of AI/ML engineering, strategic solutioning, and client engagement skills.
Education: Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics/Maths/Stats/MBA) from a top-tier university
Experience:
- 10-15 years of deep experience in AI/ML Engineering/ Data Science in a Client Management/ Consulting organizations.
- Experience of working at intersection of Data Science, AI/ML Engineering & Data Engineering is highly preferred for this role.
Key Requirements
- Extensive expertise in data science and AI/ML, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions utilizing a combination of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and Generative AI.
- Actively engage with clients to comprehensively understand their business challenges and AI solution requirements, while ensuring timely project delivery within defined scopes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, UI developers, and ML engineers to define solution/product requirements and successfully deliver the final solution.
- Lead and work with a team of AI engineers, data scientists, devops engineers and developers, providing essential guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in proposal creation, facilitating effective presentation of results to senior client stakeholders.
- Preferred prior experience in Generative AI, with the ability to construct solutions through model fine-tuning, utilizing techniques such as RAG, LLMs, etc., on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) for AI/ML engineering is highly preferred
