About The Role
As an
HR Business Partner (AD), you will be a strategic and trusted advisor to the
IOA Business Unit, responsible for designing and driving a talent strategy that aligns closely with business priorities. Based in
Hyderabad, this role plays a critical part in enabling business leaders to deliver on client commitments through a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce. You will influence outcomes across retention, engagement, leadership development, and change management while partnering closely with senior leaders and Talent Partner Groups to execute the BU's talent agenda.
In This Role, You Will
- Act as a strategic and operational HR advisor, partnering with SBU and BU leaders to enable business success through effective people strategies.
- Design and drive the BU people strategy, owning key outcome metrics including retention, engagement (CPES), career management, leadership development, change management, and diversity & inclusion.
- Partner closely with the Talent Partner Group (TPG) to ensure effective execution of talent strategies across the BU.
- Collaborate with Global Leadership Development teams to shape talent development strategies and embed a strong development culture through the Talent Review process.
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture through continuous performance management, including top and bottom performance interventions, PIPs, and consequence management.
- Co-create and deploy performance-aligned rewards strategies including merit increases, bonuses, incentives, and proactive retention measures.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure talent strategy and people practices support go-to-market initiatives, client expectation management, business development efforts, and M&A activities.
- Serve as a cultural steward by monitoring organizational culture and engagement while ensuring alignment with compliance and people protocols.
- Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive targeted actions.
- Design and implement BU-specific HR initiatives from concept through execution.

What You Must Have To Be Considered
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role supporting a business unit.
- Strong capability in designing and driving talent strategy aligned to business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical ability.
- Demonstrated experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders (SD/AVP+).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Ability to analyze data, draw meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable people strategies.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs and deliver solutions.

These will help you succeed
- Experience managing end-to-end HR programs for a large or complex business unit.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis and executive-level data presentation.
- Strong understanding of business operations beyond the HR function.
- Ability to design and deploy HR interventions from strategy to execution.
- Experience collaborating across COEs, Academy, TAG, TSC, and OpEx teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual or matrixed environment.
- Exposure to industry or internal best-practice benchmarking.
