Job Description

  • Lead endtoend HR Operations across multisite locations.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding HRIS updates exits FnF.
  • Ensure strict SLA/TAT adherence and highquality employee service delivery.
  • Own HRIS (Darwinbox) configuration, data governance, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Oversee monthly payroll accuracy, compensation cycles and benefits administration.
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance and auditready processes across all sites.
  • Drive strong internal controls, SOPs and continuous process improvements.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the HR Ops team, manage key HR vendors effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • A seasoned HR Operations leader with 10-15 years of experience managing large, multisite workforces (2,000-3,000 employees) in BPO/BPM/IT/ITeS/Healthcare RCM environments.
  • Someone with deep expertise in payroll, HRIS (especially Darwinbox), statutory compliance and data governance, who can deliver flawless operational execution with strong SLA discipline.
