Candidate must have 12-15 years of experience in immigration or mobility experience in-house or with a recognized immigration service provider.
Proven 8+ years of experience managing teams and relationships with senior stakeholders.
Experience in Engagement onboarding, technology set up and data transfer.
Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs including spreadsheets.
Skilled in Power BI reporting would be preferable.
Good understanding of immigration processes and lifecycle (start to end process) in more than one global location .
Previous experience in project management.
Responsibilities
Roles & responsibilities:
Oversees global immigration coordination as well as inbound delivery for specific countries.
Supports in building out the new global KDN solutions to enable global Immigration delivery.
Be a true partner to business teams and help them to deliver on their strategy by building up teams who provide seamless services, transparent reporting and proactive issue resolutions.
Proactively bring up improvement opportunities to streamline/ improve process with the help of the team and instill this mindset in them.
Collaborate closely with onshore counterparts to comprehend processes and establish best practices around global coordination, reporting, billing & invoicing, account transitions and other key process of Immigration.
Elevate and uphold the quality of immigration services delivered by KDN .
Institute robust quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitoring, analysis and management of service delivery metrics, adherence to standard process, SLA/KPI reports, escalations, utilization and performance metrics reporting.
KPMG network stakeholder management and governance.
