Job Description

Overall 12+ years of experience in international logistics for FMCG.
Experience in export-import regulations, customs and trade agreements .

Job Description

Handle ocean/air freight negotiations and ensure timely container placements for CIF/CFR/FOB shipments.
Drive revenue through timely order processing, dispatch accuracy, and strong credit/payment checks to reduce risks.
Ensure seamless customer service with prompt confirmations, accurate updates, errorfree documentation, and postshipment support.
Maintain full compliance with exportimport regulations, customs norms, ECGC limits, and permit requirements.
Streamline workflows in SAP, keep all shipment documents accurate, and coordinate closely with sales, production, QA, procurement, and logistics partners.
Oversee all postshipment processes-BL, COO, inspections, and LCaligned documentation-ensuring timely submission to buyers/banks.
Identify process improvement opportunities, including digitization and efficiency enhancement across internal operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director - Export Logistics should have:

A strong educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Candidates must have 10-12+ years of overall export logistics experience, including at least few years in export operations and managing teams.
Experience in FMCG is mandatory, preferably from food/FMCG firms, large export houses, or pharma companies handling FMCG exports.
Should be fully proficient in endtoend export logistics, compliance, and documentation.
Should have managed complex global operations covering multiple countries with high scale and operational complexity.
