Job Title: Associate Director - Digital Operations for Manufacturing Excellence (DOME)u00A0

The Associate Director will lead and manage the technology initiatives for Shop Floor Execution using Tulip, ensuring seamless application development, data management, and integration with broader manufacturing systems. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation on the shop floor, enabling operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making across manufacturing processes.u00A0

Key Responsibilities:u00A0

What youu2019ll be doing:u00A0

  • Tulip Application Development:u00A0
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications in Tulip to support shop floor operations.u00A0
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and process owners to translate operational requirements into scalable Tulip solutions.u00A0
  • Ensure applications are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with manufacturing best practices.u00A0

  • Data Management & Analytics:u00A0
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and management of shop floor data within Tulip.u00A0
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for reporting and analytics.u00A0
  • Partner with analytics teams to enable actionable insights for operational improvement.u00A0

  • System Integration:u00A0
  • Drive integration of Tulip with other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, etc.) using MuleSoft and other middleware solutions.u00A0
  • Ensure seamless data flow between systems to support end-to-end manufacturing execution.u00A0
  • Maintain and monitor integration health, resolving issues proactively.u00A0

  • Technology Leadership & Strategy:u00A0
  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap for shop floor digital transformation.u00A0
  • Mentor and guide technical teams in application development, data management, and integration projects.u00A0
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance shop floor execution and overall manufacturing efficiency.u00A0

  • Governance & Compliance:u00A0
  • Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards, data security policies, and company IT policies.u00A0
  • Maintain proper documentation of applications, data flows, and integration architecture.u00A0

  • Applying structured project management and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.u00A0

  • Ensuring compliance, traceability, and documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.u00A0

What you should bring:u00A0

  • Strong expertise in Tulip platform development/deployment and other low-code/ no-code solutions.u00A0
  • Experience with manufacturing operations, MES, and shop floor systems.u00A0
  • Proficiency in data management, analytics enablement, and integration using tools like MuleSoft.u00A0
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, data security, and regulatory compliance.u00A0
  • Leadership skills to mentor teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.u00A0
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.u00A0

Basic Qualifications and Experience Requirement:u00A0

  • Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.u00A0
  • 12+ years of overall experience in the IT Industry with at least 10 years in the pharma industry working with data and minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team.u00A0u00A0
  • Extensive experience in shop floor execution technologies, Tulip application development, and data management.u00A0
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.u00A0
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MES, ERP, and LIMS systems.u00A0
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional technology teams and driving complex projects.u00A0
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.u00A0

Additional Skills/Preferences:u00A0

  • Knowledge of industrial IoT, digital manufacturing, and smart factory concepts.u00A0
  • Experience with data analytics platforms and reporting tools.u00A0
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.u00A0
