Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Brand and Positioning

  • Develop and manage branding, positioning creatives, and messaging for JioStar Entertainment's ad solutions
  • Plan and execute B2B promotional campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of ad products across linear and digital platforms
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels in collaboration with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Research teams

Thought Leadership Development

  • Create reports, playbooks, case studies, and other content to establish JioStar as an advertising thought leader
  • Build advocacy through testimonials and interviews with industry experts
  • Secure speaking opportunities for leadership at key industry events and conferences
  • Develop and promote IPs that shape industry narratives

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Lead PR initiatives for the ad sales team, aligning with central PR and communications
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights for optimization
  • Produce marketing collateral including sales materials, case studies, blog posts, product videos, event content, and web content

Skills & Attributes for Success

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to craft compelling messaging aligned with business objectives
  • Proven experience in brand management, thought leadership, PR, and B2B growth marketing
  • Expertise in campaign analytics, lead nurturing, and conversion funnel optimization
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Business Solutions, Research, and Marketing teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Leadership experience to drive impactful campaigns and lead teams effectively
