Core Tax Role & responsibilities:

Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.

Understanding of International Tax, (DTAA).

Creating visibility & leading Direct Tax practice in the Western market.

Creating new Tax practices initiatives.

Would be working with a Shared delivery team.

Heading responsibility of billing, collections and managing team profitability.

Supervising & mitigating tax risks & ensuring quality deliverable.

Working closely with existing Partner and team.

Representing the firm before Regulators.

Bringing reputed organisations into the Firms fold.

Business Development role:

Developing the existing business in the Mumbai market & Winning Global Tax.

Generating new leads & bringing new clients to the firm including cross selling to other service.

Designing, executing, and overseeing effective client relationship management and servicing.

Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.
