Roles And Responsibilities

Brand Analytics & Performance Insights

  • Lead analytics support for US brand teams, delivering insights on performance, drivers of demand, patient dynamics, and competitive trends.
  • Develop strategic measurement frameworks spanning promotional execution, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Translate complex brand performance data into actionable recommendations for senior commercial leadership.
  • Support launch and lifecycle planning through forecasting inputs, segmentation insights, and growth opportunity assessments.

Field Reporting & Performance Measurement

  • Own and evolve US field reporting capability through AI integration, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable performance visibility for sales leadership.
  • Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions for core field KPIs, execution metrics, and customer engagement outcomes.
  • Establish consistent KPI definitions, reporting governance, and automated performance monitoring processes.
  • Ensure reporting enables proactive decision-making at national, regional, territory, and rep levels.

Commercial Data Strategy & Analytics Enablement

  • Own analytics related to the patient journey, including diagnosis, treatment initiation, switching, adherence, and persistence dynamics.
  • Integrate claims, Rx, specialty pharmacy, CRM, and digital data to create a cohesive view of patient and customer behavior.
  • Identify key drop-offs, barriers, and opportunities across the patient funnel to inform brand strategy and execution.
  • Partner with Data Management and IT teams to strengthen the US commercial data foundation, governance, and metric standardization.
  • Drive scalable analytics enablement through automation, reusable datasets, and advanced analytics approaches.

Insights-to-Action & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Ensure insights translate into clear actions and measurable business impact across commercial stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders through executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Field Excellence, Finance, and Digital teams.
  • Mentor junior analytics talent and contribute to capability-building across the broader Commercial Analytics organization.

Skill and Competencies

  • Strong expertise in US pharmaceutical commercial analytics, including brand performance and field execution.
  • Deep understanding of key commercial data sources (claims, Rx, CRM, field activity, promotional execution, digital engagement).
  • Proven ability to build scalable reporting solutions and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complexity into executive-level decision support.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and lead transformation initiatives at scale.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on analytical depth (player-coach) and ability work seamlessly in matrixed organization.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Science, or related quantitative field; PhD a plus.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, decision sciences, or advanced analytics roles within biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting brand teams, sales leadership, and field excellence organizations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools (Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Dash).
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, Finance, Digital, and Data/Tech teams.

Prior people leadership or strong matrix/team leadership experience preferred.
