Position Overview
This position will focus on design, development, and delivery of full-stack technology solutions that drive digital transformation across Trimont's commercial real estate operations.
This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration, owning end-to-end software delivery from architecture to deployment on Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
- Build and optimize backend services using Python, Node.js, and FastAPI.
- Design and manage relational databases with SQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Implement secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions on Azure Cloud.
Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Support Power BI embedded reports, datasets, and deployment pipelines.
- Apply DevOps principles for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts across transformation programs.
Innovation & Enterprise Thinking
- Evaluate cross-functional impacts and ensure solutions align with organizational strategy.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across technology teams.
- Ensure timely execution of projects with a strong focus on quality and urgency.
Essential Qualifications
Programming Languages & Frameworks
- Programming Languages: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript (Node.js).
- Frontend Technologies: React, CSS, HTML.
- Backend Development: RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
- Reporting: Power BI Desktop, Power BI Embedded, Power BI Service.
Database & Cloud
- Database: SQL Server, Oracle, CosmosDB.
- Cloud Platforms: Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Logic Apps, Microsoft Foundry, Document Intelligence, etc.).
- DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Code Scanning, Dependency Scanning.
Methodology & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex change across programs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security best practices for web applications and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and application monitoring tools.
- Previous experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.
- Quick learner with the ability to connect dots and provide cohesive, scalable solutions.
