This role is responsible for maximizing the value and effectiveness of technology products that support policy stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing the product strategic roadmap, prioritizing product enhancements, maintaining the product roadmap and backlog, driving release and support planning, and working closely with partners to implement enhancements.
What will you do in this role
- Coordinates across policy stakeholders to understand pain points and prioritize product enhancements
- Develops product roadmap and creates, maintains, and continuously prioritizes the product backlog to maximize value delivery and long-term sustainability
- Drives release and support planning and execution
- Works closely with Product Line Leads and partners to implement enhancement initiatives to advance outcomes for policy stakeholders
- Engages with technical teams supporting resolution of IT solution issues and incidents
- Defines the overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience
- Develops and regularly calibrates metrics for the product and leads adoption and retention efforts
- Clearly communicates product requirements to delivery squad(s) maximize value for policy stakeholder
What should you have
- 5+ years of experience IT and/or Project management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives to meet business objectives
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and complex environment
- Demonstrated ability working with Microsoft Office product suite
- Proven track record of communicating effectively across stakeholder groups
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines
