Senior Manager/Associate Director – Chief of Staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with senior leadership to execute firm-wide strategic priorities
• Manage cross-functional business and compliance projects
• Support FinOp group with planning, reporting, and metrics tracking
• Drive operational efficiency, technology enablement, and regulatory alignment

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree with 10–16 years in strategy/PMO roles
• Proven ability to manage multi-team, high-impact initiatives
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Preferred: Exposure to securities regulation or global compliance projects
