Position: Associate Director Business Development (Mumbai)

Role

• Acquisition of new business and work towards developing markets and segments for Care Advisory in MENA and South Africa region.
• Achieving Revenue targets and Profitability as per the business plan.
• Identifying and analysing new international markets for penetration and growth.
• Candidate should have strong relationships and experience in International Business development in consulting and advisory related services.
• Ensuring all cross-border activities adhere to international trade laws, customs regulations, and tax codes.
• Co-ordinating with Top Management of different verticals for smooth execution of strategy for expansion of International Business.
• Candidate should have capability to develop a business plan and executing the same.
• Implementation and tracking of strategic plans and agenda of the organisation pertaining to consulting offerings.

Skills

• Highly proactive and Self motivated.
• Cross Cultural Communication and Ability to negotiate and collaborate across different languages and social norms.
• Understanding of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), tariffs, and local labour laws for South Asia and MENA region.
• Client/Relationship Management
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines situations
• Flexibility to handle frequent travel and unpredictable global market shifts.
• Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Confident & Team Player.

Education Qualification

• MBA / PGDM or equivalent with relevant experience in International Business.
