About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Associate Director Brand Management to lead key brand relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of client servicing, strategic thinking, and team leadership, with a deep understanding of the digital and influencer marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Account Leadership
- Own and manage relationships with key/high-value brand accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Build long-term partnerships by understanding brand goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
2. Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Drive revenue growth across existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Identify new business opportunities within current clients
- Collaborate with the sales/revenue team for renewals and strategic pitches
- Own account-level P&L and ensure profitability
3. Strategic Planning & Campaign Direction
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Work closely with Planning & Strategy teams to develop impactful influencer marketing solutions
- Ensure creative and media strategies are insight-driven and aligned with market trends
- Guide teams in building high-quality pitch decks and proposals
4. Campaign Oversight & Execution Excellence
- Oversee execution of multiple campaigns to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Work closely with Campaign Management and Operations teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Step in for escalation management and critical issue resolution
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers / Brand Managers
- Set clear KRAs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
- Build a high-performance, ownership-driven team culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Planning, and Campaign teams
6. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
- Act as a bridge between internal teams (Sales, Planning, Pricing, Campaign Management)
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments
- Drive efficiency in processes and workflows
7. Data, Insights & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
- Use data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Key Requirements
- 37 years of experience in brand management, client servicing, or influencer marketing
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital media, and content strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team management experience
