Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Heading up a team and in this instance, it will be your responsibility to ensure they carry out their duties correctly and prepare and run the required payroll & Compliance reports to support the company's Internal and External Stake holders.
  • Managing all aspects of the payroll process, such as approving transactions and reviewing exemptions.
  • Changing individual payrolls as stipulated by management, such as tax deductions or salary adjustments.
  • Maintaining payroll systems and reporting any issues to management.
  • Supervising personnel involved in payroll and ensuring the best financial practices are adhered to.
  • Auditing payroll transactions to ensure that accounts, payment dates, and taxes are accurate and up to date.
  • Creating monthly and annual payroll reports for management review.
  • Ensuring all payroll systems comply with tax and labour Laws.
  • Attending to any payroll-related queries or questions from employees.
  • Ensuring Quality & control management of end-to-end process payroll services and Labour Law compliance services.
  • Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports along with Labour law compliance for better decision making
  • Preparation of Process documentation, SLA, Checklist, Project plan etc.
  • Analytical - Implementing analytic methods; separating things into their parts of elements.
  • Weekly, Monthly or as when require prepare and present Payroll & Compliance dashboard to management with Facts and figure details.
  • Innovative - Make changes, introduction of something new.
  • Retain Customers for Life with Customer Escalation Management
  • Share weekly reports to client, Team review meetings, timely MOM sharing with client, completing Meeting Points within TAT
  • Pre-sales – Support in business development
  • Earnings: Additional revenue through service mandate like OTA, recuring, Initial Audit. Agreement renewal with hike or additional services
  • Global or India Support level, Coordination with Internal and External Stake holders
  • Punctuality towards work, Adhering office hours as per company policy
