At Kapture CX, we are looking for an Associate Director - AI Solutions Consulting in our AI Strategy & Enablement team.

The AI Strategy & Enablement team drives how Kapture shapes, sells, and delivers its AI product portfolio. We partner across Sales, CS, Partners, Product, Engineering and Operations to solution high-impact AI use cases, build GTM assets, and support pilots and strategic accounts. What is this role all about

As an Associate Director - AI Solutions Consulting, you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants that drive strategic AI-led customer engagements end-to-end - driving discovery, solution architecture, demo strategy, pilot design and executive alignment. You will operate autonomously with senior stakeholders, influence deal strategy, and mentor the team of solutions consultants while shaping Kapture's solutioning approach for scaled deployments.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, Product, Engineering and Operations to make sure every serious AI opportunity is well-understood, well-solutioned, and positioned to win.

Here's a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

  • Build and lead a high-performing Solutions Consulting team hiring, onboarding, coaching and developing Solutions Consultants across levels.
  • Define and standardise the discovery and solutioning process frameworks, templates and review mechanisms that ensure consistent quality across all AI opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end solutioning for the most strategic and complex AI deals, leading senior client conversations and aligning multiple stakeholders across business, IT and operations.
  • Review and guide demos, ensuring they are technically sound, on-message, and tied to clear value hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Partners, Product, Engineering and Ops to shape deal strategy, proposals, pricing models, SOWs and RFP responses at a portfolio level.
  • Establish and continuously improve best practices, building scalable solution patterns, playbooks and reusable demo assets that the team can apply across regions and verticals.
  • Use data to manage performance - monitor win rates and cycle times for AI solutions, and run interventions to improve them.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What does success look like in this role

The Solutions Consulting team you lead is seen as a critical strategic partner by Sales, CS and Product. Your team consistently runs sharp discovery, produces high-quality solution designs and demos, and materially improves win rates, deal quality and sales cycle times across AI opportunities. You've put in place clear standards, processes and coaching rhythms so that great solutioning is repeatable and scalable.

What would make you a good fit for this role

Here are the basic requirements:

  • You have 7-10 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, strategy, or generalist roles in SaaS/software domain with customer-facing ownership.
  • At least 3 years leading or building a Solutions Consulting / Pre-sales team including hiring, coaching and performance management.
  • Proven ability to lead complex discovery cycles, structure ambiguous customer problems and design feasible AI-led solutions.
  • Strong techno-functional depth - workflows, APIs, basic data concepts, GenAI solutions, telephony integrations, with the ability to challenge and guide both technical and business teams
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills able to operate credibly with CXO-level and senior leadership on both customer and internal side.
  • CX exposure (Retail/BFSI) is a strong plus.

What are the most critical skills for this role

  • Have previously built or scaled a Solutions Consulting / Pre-sales function in a growth-stage SaaS or AI / automation company.
  • Have led strategic pilots or CX transformations in Retail or BFSI, with clear before/after impact on cost, CSAT, FTR or revenue.
  • Have deep experience in deal strategy complex RFPs, commercial structuring and ROI/TCO storytelling.

You will have an advantage if you:

  • Have led strategic pilots or transformations in CX, Retail or BFSI environments.
  • Have deep experience in designing ROI/TCO models, writing SOWs or winning complex RFPs.
  • Have shipped or scaled AI/automation solutions in enterprise settings.
  • Bring experience influencing product direction through insights from customer engagements.
