The open role is forGlobal Servicing Communication - Product Operations Deliveryteam under ECMX, the open role focuses onFinancial Crime Transformation (FCT)to deliver servicing communications for FCT globally. As part of this team, the emphasis is on enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency by providing best-in-class communication experiences across multiple channels (Paper, Email, SMS, and Mobile App Push Notifications).
