The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Source to Contract (S2C)/Global Supply Management (GSM) applications. GSM partners to support engaging the right third parties to support business needs by driving strategic value through contracting, managing third party risk and enabling payments for goods and services. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution - Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic goals, translate them into actionable product features, and ensure end-to-end delivery that aligns with the broader product vision.

. Support the agile product lifecycle - Work closely with product owners to perform analyses, facilitate workshops, and contribute to all phases of product development including story creation, testing, and implementation.

. Champion innovation and continuous improvement - Deliver forward-thinking, intuitive, and creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches and enhance the overall colleague experience.

. Partner across technology teams - Collaborate effectively with internal (American Express Technologies - AET) and external development teams to ensure cohesive integration, execution, and delivery of product solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management or business analyst experience
  • A balance of technical and business operations knowledge with proven ability to drive solutions

. Excellent analytical and product development mindset with ability to problem solve and translate requirements succinctly

  • Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under uncertainty with multiple priorities, in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience operating in Agile framework

. Passionate about new technology and finding ways to apply it to enhance the user experience

Preferred Qualifications

. Prior Global Supply Management knowledge preferred

  • Prior Conga experience is a plus

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
