Role Summary
We are building a next-generation non-financial regulatory platform with the ambition to transform regulatory reporting and become an industry leader in this space.
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join this journey. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in product management while working in a complex, data-heavy, and regulated environment.
The role supports regulatory reporting today through the production and submission of manual reports, while contributing to the evolution of the platform through strong requirements, data analysis, and delivery practices. AI-enabled tools are used to support product management development and effectiveness, alongside established product and analytical methods.
What You'll Be Doing
Regulatory Reporting
Produce and submit manual regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Validate data sources, calculations, and regulatory interpretations
Document reporting logic, assumptions, and methodologies
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through improved processes and tooling
Product & Platform Support
Support the advancement of a platform designed to set the industry standard for non-financial regulatory reporting
Translate regulatory and business needs into clear product and reporting requirements
Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and reporting specifications
Use AI-enabled productivity and analysis tools to support activities such as:
o Analyzing complex information
o Drafting and refining requirements and documentation
o Improving clarity and consistency in product artefacts
Data, Analytics & Insight
Conduct data analysis using Excel and SQL to support regulatory reporting and product decisions
Build and maintain analytical reports and datasets
Investigate data quality issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve them
Use data-led insights to highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Collaboration & Delivery
Stakeholder Engagement
Work with regulatory, risk, and operational stakeholders to understand obligations
Support clear communication around regulatory submissions and platform changes
Help maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence
Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills (Required)
Strong Excel capability, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data reconciliation
Working SQL knowledge, including writing queries, joining datasets, and performing aggregations
Experience producing reports or working with structured datasets
Ways of Working (Required)
Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support:
o Analysis and sense-making
o Drafting and refining documentation
o Learning and developing product management skills
Willingness to adopt new tools and techniques that improve productivity and quality

Strong time management skills, especially when working to fixed regulatory deadlines

Is this a product management role or a reporting role
This is a product management role with hands-on regulatory reporting responsibilities. Producing reports is part of the role today, while also contributing to improving how reporting is designed, delivered, and scaled through the platform.
Will I be building AI or machine learning features
No.
This role does not require building AI systems but does require using AI-enabled tools as part of day-to-day product work (for example, analysis, documentation, and learning).
What level of Excel and SQL is expected
You should be comfortable working hands-on with data. This includes using Excel for complex analysis and SQL for querying and aggregating datasets. Deep engineering-level expertise is not required, but regular practical use is.
