Associate - Digital

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to execute high-impact digital growth campaigns across multiple brands and ventures.

This role needs strong execution skills in performance marketing, campaign management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience running paid campaigns, analyzing funnel performance, and contributing to growth strategy under senior guidance.

You will work closely with senior growth leads, product, analytics, creative, and client teams to execute growth campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and support scalable marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage growth marketing campaigns across paid and digital channels
• Drive customer acquisition and performance optimization for assigned brands/accounts
• Run and monitor campaigns across: Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, Display & Remarketing Networks
• Support media planning, budget pacing, and channel-level optimization
• Track and report performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPL, and conversion rates
• Assist in building acquisition and retention funnels across business verticals
• Coordinate with content, design, product, and tech teams on campaign execution
• Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization experiments
• Prepare campaign reports and contribute insights in growth reviews
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and AI-driven opportunities in digital growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Strategy
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Working knowledge of PPC & SEM, marketing automation, and web analytics
• Basic understanding of customer acquisition funnels and growth frameworks
• Some exposure to stakeholder or client coordination
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects in a fast-paced environment

• Candidates with only theoretical/traditional marketing exposure and no hands-on paid campaign experience
• Candidates looking for a purely strategic role with no execution
• Profiles with no experience directly managing live ad accounts or budgets

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms
• Experience in startup or fast-paced digital environments
• Familiarity with CRM, Martech, and data visualization tools
• Basic understanding of attribution models
