Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Design Manager based in Panaji, with flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The Associate Design Manager will be responsible for managing interior design projects, ensuring timely execution during all project phases, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating closely with designers, contractors, and clients, the role includes reviewing design specifications, overseeing quality standards, and providing solutions to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, maintaining project documentation, and aligning with brand and client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Project management and team collaboration skills, with an ability to coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in design tools (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design software) and knowledge in space planning and interior design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and ensure alignment with their vision and expectations.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail for addressing project challenges and maintaining quality standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the design or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with budget management, project timelines, and adherence to regulatory guidelines is a plus.
