Job Description


The Associate Design Dean Academic Operations & Faculty Affairs will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for academic planning, faculty allocation, timetabling, workload management, faculty performance monitoring, and academic quality enhancement. The role will work closely with the Dean and academic leadership to ensure effective utilization of faculty resources, high teaching standards, and continuous academic development across programs.

Key Responsibility

  • Lead faculty allocation, workload planning, and timetabling across programs and semesters
  • Oversee monitoring of faculty performance, teaching effectiveness, and student feedback
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and institutional norms
  • Support faculty development initiatives based on performance data and academic needs
  • Drive academic quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with faculty and industry department on academic planning and execution

Qualification

  • Master's degree required in any design subject
  • 812 years of experience in academic administration, faculty management, or academic leadership
  • Strong experience in higher education operations and academic governance
