Job Summary (3 sentences):
As a Data Management Associate within the Client Account Services team, you ensure client and counterparty data is accurate, available, and high-quality. You support trading and settlement by maintaining reference data, mapping accounts, and enabling data enrichment for strategic and regulatory needs. You collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, migrate, and uplift data, driving operational excellence and compliance.


Job Responsibilities

  • Understand OTC Derivatives, FX, or Equity products and related processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end payment settlement, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to validate payment details.
  • Apply knowledge of Global Transfer policy and SWIFT/ISO 20022 standards.
  • Execute documented processes and procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Lead individuals through the data management lifecycle without direct management.
  • Analyze and document metadata using workflow tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess and document data quality impacts.
  • Provide status updates and performance metrics using workflow tools.
  • Escalate process issues and risks promptly and appropriately.
  • Identify best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Demonstrate at least 6 years of related experience.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Solve problems and analyze data with strong attention to detail.
  • Utilize digital tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and UI Path.
  • Create workflows and business requirement documents for automation.
  • Maintain optimal accuracy in processing critical requests.
