Role Overview:

We are seeking candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the insurance or outbound sales domain who can independently handle customer conversations and contribute to lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls and explain insurance offerings confidently

Generate and qualify leads as per defined targets

Build rapport with customers and understand their insurance needs

Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide daily performance reports

Support the team in achieving campaign goals

Required Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Prior experience in insurance outbound calling or telesales

Basic knowledge of insurance terminology and processes

Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
