Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualization & Scripting

  • Generate concepts, show names, scripts, and campaign ideas aligned with briefs.
  • Pitch innovative ideas and treatments based on audience insights.
  • Write promo scripts and select appropriate music beds.
  • Translate ideas into structured concepts and impactful presentations.

Production & Execution

  • Shoot and edit promos; direct voice-over artists, editors, graphics, and audio teams.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and audio engineers to develop logos, supers, and graphic elements.
  • Ensure motion graphics, animation, and VFX elements are creatively aligned.
  • Maintain strict adherence to launch timelines and campaign deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Studio team to understand story arcs, characters, and narratives.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to synchronize on-air and off-air communication.
  • Collaborate with Research teams to analyze viewership trends and translate insights into promotional strategies.
  • Independently coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution.
