Key Responsibilities:
Creative Ownership & Output Quality
- Own creative quality from brief to final delivery for assigned projects
- Translate brand objectives into audience-first storytelling across TV, OTT, digital, and social
- Drive ideation, narrative development, format creation, and creative packaging
Brief Solutioning & Pitch Development
- Participate in brief intake sessions with Sales and leadership to define brand challenges and success metrics
- Develop multiple creative solutions with clear rationale and differentiators
- Build pitch narratives and client-ready presentations
Creative Supervision & Vision-to-Screen Direction
- Lead creative supervision including scripts, look & feel, visual detailing, and narrative treatment
- Ensure PPM readiness by aligning tone, styling, key moments, and brand cues
- Partner with Execution and Production teams to select production houses, directors, and creative partners
- Supervise creative output during shoot and post-production, ensuring final deliverables meet benchmarks
Execution Alignment & Delivery Ownership
- Collaborate with Execution and Production teams to protect creative intent
- Review edits, outputs, and final masters with consolidated feedback for quality control
- Flag risks such as scope creep, timeline delays, or quality trade-offs
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Programming, Marketing, Production, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- Coordinate with production houses, directors, talent teams, and vendors
Team Workflow & Pod Management
- Manage producer workflow, allocate tasks, maintain timelines, and ensure structured project progression
- Maintain documentation hygiene, approval tracking, and version control
Talent Development & Culture
- Mentor producers and junior creatives, providing structured feedback and capability building
- Maintain accountability, creative rigor, and team morale within the pod
