Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Creative Director, located in Noida. The Associate Creative Director will oversee the creative process from concept to completion, develop and execute creative strategies, and work closely with the branding and art direction teams. Daily tasks include managing design projects, guiding graphic designers, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Qualifications
- Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills
- Experience in Branding and Art Direction
- Proficiency in Graphic Design
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
