- Lead casting decisions by identifying on-screen talent and collaborating with talent teams, agencies, and production partners.
- Understand on-screen talent dynamics to optimize show appeal and engagement.
Platform & Marketing Content
- Supervise live streams and platform-specific content for smooth playout, compliance, and enhanced viewer experience.
- Oversee marketing creatives, celebrity-led promotional content, and weekend episode promos, including voting, chats, gamification, and contests.
- Review and refine promo content to align with show narrative and marketing objectives.
