Job Description

Job Purpose:

Leading and overseeing the development of creative concepts, messaging, and copywriting across various mediums to effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with the target audience. The role involves in providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to the team and collaborate with other teams leads to deliver compelling and impactful campaigns that drive engagement & achieve business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development:

- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, product launches, and other marketing efforts.

- Develop style guides and messaging frameworks to guide copywriting efforts and maintain brand identity

2. Content Strategy:

- Develop and lead creative strategies for copywriting that support the overall marketing objectives and brand positioning. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform creative direction.

- Brainstrom with the content strategy team to develop innovative and effective ideas, themes, and messaging pillars for briefs and pitches, adding valuable insights and creative concept.

- Identify opportunities for content optimization and audience engagement

3. Lead the Intergration Narrative:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns that deliver a compelling brand experience

- Set a path to product-driven (tech, media), innovative ideas and conceptual breakthroughs

4. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life across various mediums. Foster a collaborative working environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork and idea exchange.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough review and provide feedback on copy produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards. Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize efficiency.

- Act as the ultimate POC for high-priority creative escalations

6. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

-Present creative concepts and copywriting deliverables to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions and addressing feedback effectively.

- Strengthen Client relationships and interactions.

7. Team Growth: Hire capable independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately

8. Team Management: Conduct monthly team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving on client-side and internally

9. Time Management: Mentoring teams to ensure following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.

10. Operations: Adherence to documented SOPs.

Skill Set:

1. 9+ years of industry experience. Digital agency experience, along with team management skills preferred

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude in fostering a long-term relationship

3. Ability to effectively articulate and explain complex creative ideas, concepts, and strategies to clients and the creative team.

4. Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and inspire teams, set strategic direction, and drive organizational success.
