About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, idea-first creative leader with a strong copy background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a top-tier creative agency, with a proven track record of concept-driven campaigns that span across media.

This is a role for someone who can think strategically, lead integrated campaigns, and bring big ideas to life through compelling storytelling and crisp execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead breakthrough creative ideas that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign thinking from ideation to execution across all media (TV, digital, print, social, experiential, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with art, strategy, account, and production teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  • Mentor and guide junior writers and creative teams, fostering a culture of originality and craft.
  • Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the strategic thinking behind the work.
  • Uphold high standards of creative excellence and consistency across projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative agency environment, with recent roles in CD/ACD/Group Head (Copy) positions.
  • A standout portfolio showcasing idea-led campaigns, originality, and strategic depth.
  • Strong conceptual skills with the ability to express big brand ideas across multiple platforms.
  • A media-agnostic mindset someone who can think beyond formats and focus on effective storytelling.
  • Deep respect for language, tone, and craft.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
