PhysicsWallah Limited is looking for a dedicated Associate – Counsellor to support prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey. If you are proactive, empathetic, and skilled in guiding students, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Guide prospective students and parents on admission procedures, courses, eligibility criteria, and documentation

• Provide continuous support during the admission process and address queries promptly

• Review student applications to verify academic qualifications and compliance with guidelines

• Maintain accurate admission records and ensure confidentiality of student data

• Share regular updates and reports related to admission activities with management

• Coordinate with students, parents, and internal teams for smooth admission processing

• Contribute to a positive and student-friendly admission experience

• Support communication through calls, emails, and in-person interactions

Who Can Apply:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in the JEE/NEET domain

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language

• Ability to handle student and parent queries effectively and empathetically

• Familiarity with online education tools and platforms

• Good organizational and documentation skills

• Prior experience in the education sector is preferred
